mariana ferreyra lo celso

Born 1966 in Córdoba, Argentina.

During 1985/1990 she works in Roger Mantengani´s workshop, they become great friends.

1989 she gets her degree as a Profesor in Fine Arts at the School of Arts, National University of Córdoba.

She´s attended theater workshops.

Solo exhibitions 1995 and 2002 at Villa Allende Golf Club, 1999 at Casona Municipal, 2001 at Jockey Club Córdoba, 2005 at Centro Participación Comunal (CPC) Argüello (all in Córdoba).

She takes part in many art contests in Buenos Aires, Mendoza, Chaco and Santa Fe (Argentina), getting several awards. Among them the 1º Prize XIV Salón Fundación Pro Arte Córdoba, consisting in a trip to Paris via Swissair, 1995.

Her works were selected for illustrating Christmas greeting cards for Fundación Navidad, Cba. 2006.
Nowadays she is History of Art professor at Colegio Nacional de Monserrat, National University of Córdoba.
She also does her personal art work in Villa Allende, Córdoba, where she lives.
