History

Coming from La Plata city, Argentina; they unite their depresive souls to give life to their emotions, feelings and visions, giving forms him musical to a numberless of old and somber memories.
Integrated originally by Laro (drums and voice), Mono (bass), Negro (voice soloist) and  Quito (guitar), this last member replaced by a new guitarist, Pablo.

Corpus Christi is formed in April of the year 1995, the original idea and that still stays in foot it was the one of making music different to the old projects, something that adapted to the form of belonging to the musicians. The style could be defined as Doom Metal. The letters embraced extracted depresive states of dreams and experiences, composed by Laro. Dense and brave outlines that become ambitious persons themes that are captured in the first recording that undertakes "Corpus Christi", in September of 1995 in the room of rehearsals begin. 5 themes and the demo published self-employed were recorded, diffusing this cassette in fanzines, labels, radios shows, and being sold in their city and their concerts.

The group carries out depresive and powerful performances in its city and near cities and other far away ones as Balcarce and Bahía Blanca, achieving important shows, sharing the scenario with groups of the most varied currents.

During June of 1996 the recording of " Soledades ", the second demo with two is undertaken dense, melancholic and angustiantes themes: "Tristeza de Junio" and "Soledades"
Record  in eight channels, with a great sound and an excellent edition, at the end of October this new launching takes place. Having the support of the label Argentinean "Stormsouls", this professional work is published that quickly receives excellent public critics in general, of magazines of this country and of the exterior (as Spain, Portugal, Chile, Costa Rica, Panama, Bolivia, Czech Republic, etc.).
