Astronomical Observatory GIEFA ( Scientific Difussion) Argentina.
The Astronomical Observatory Giefa is independent and selfsupport, it was founded on 1981 by initiative of the Dir. Robert R. Gil Lozano since then fulfills an intense work of education and diffusion of astronomy and annexed disciplines in the year of 1990 begin with the astronomical unit  which it crosses differents Cities and towns of our Country making during all the cleared nights of the year, classes and astronomical observations guided with simultaneous translations the English language thanks to different recognitions this astronomical unit were located in the well-known touristic ride Chabuca Granda from 1993- Recoleta-in front of the Church of the Pilar,and different cities of Argentina . Being made varied types of astronomical observations and open classes. All the observations include different degrees from proximity and detailed information evaluating in addition the consultations to the public; this work is totally made of selfsupport form  with powerful telescopes developed by the Dpto. Technician of GIEFA. This task deserved the culture and peiodístics means recognition to him different from national and international level. Among other International organizations it deserved the recognition of the own National Aeronautics and Space Administration of the United States of América- NASA, organization with which maintains permanent contact. The Institut of Aeronautiqué and Space of France, etc.
GIEFA, is suscript member of the  Global System of Atmospheric, Geodesic and Oceanographic Investigation Satelite of the EUA in addition to different Astronomical Organizations and of Aeroespatial. In 1997 the Dir.Roberto R. Gil Lozano interview with the Mr.J.R. Casani (Chief  of enginer of JPL/NASA) that it was responsable of  the missions Pathfinder, Voyager etc, active member of the AURA , of the NSF and with the members of the technical Staff of the Hubble Space Telescope and the Camera of Deep Space of the HST. In 2001 he receives a special prize of the Goverment of the EUA( National Areonautic And Space Administration NASA) to him being granted among other flatteries; three acrylic injectadas original photovoltaic solar cells recovered of Mission SMI pertaining to HST (Hubble Space Telescope). In the 2003 the General Manager of International Astronomical Union  invited at Mr. Roberto R. Gil Lozano like Argentine representative to participate of the  General Assembly XXV, to be made in the city of Sydney, Australia.Also  is Member of Sistem the of  European Space Agency and different tie organizations from the astronomical investigation and aerospace development.Invitate to participate in the year 2006 at the Congress of Astrophysics in Prague (Czech Republic)
